ROBERT ATTENWEILER (Playwright, Producer)

Robert most recently directed his one-act play THICK LIKE PIANO LEGS that he produced along with Sam Shepard’s COWBOY MOUTH for his company, Disgraced Productions.  The pair of one-acts sold out their run, were extended, and sold out those shows, as well, and Mr. Attenweiler’s work – along with that of those talented people he surrounded himself with – was critically and popularly praised.  Prior to that, Mr. Attenweiler directed his play PLACES LIKE HERE in the 2005 NY Fringe Festival for Disgraced Productions.

He received his MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and his MA in English from The Ohio State University.  The Ohio state is his home state.

SETH DUERR (Director)

Seth has garnered massive critical acclaim for his portrayals of Leontes, Talbot, Margaret, The Chorus, Estragon and Iago as well as for his directing and playing the title role in CORIOLANUS, TIMON OF ATHENS, KING LEAR, RICHARD II, HENRY IV, HENRY V, TITUS ANDRONICUS AND RICHARD III.

He composed the score to OBIE Award-Winner Len Jenkin's A COUNTRY DOCTOR and starred in OBIE Award-Winner Elizabeth Swados' THE GOLEM, which he also co-wrote.

He made his Off-B'way debut with Jean Cocteau Repertory to rave reviews as Friar Laurence in ROMEO & JULIET, The Cook in MOTHER COURAGE, Lexy in CANDIDA and Cléante in THE MISER.

He directed the Cocteau's reading of LORENZACCIO adapted by John Strand and starring Jeffrey Carlson.

He recently completed the first-ever author-approved stage adaptation of one of Ian McEwan's novels (IN BETWEEN THE SHEETS).

Mr. Duerr made his Public Theater debut this summer, appearing in MACBETH for their annual Shakespeare in the Park.
